Encyclopaedia Judaica

The Encyclopaedia Judaica e-book includes the complete text of the extensively revised and expanded second edition of the text. Included are more than 21,000 signed entries on Jewish life, culture, history and religion, written by Israeli, American and European subject specialists. Expanding the scope and relevance of this invaluable reference work are more than 2,600 brand-new entries, many focusing on gender issues and New World geographic areas of the United States, Canada and Latin America. We have access both on campus and remotely; please ask the librarian for the password.

Project Muse (on-campus access only)

Our subscription to Project MUSE provides full-text, user-friendly online access to over 300 high quality humanities, arts, and social sciences journals from 60 scholarly publishers.

History Reference Center (EBSCO)

History Reference Center offers full text from more than 1,000 reference books, encyclopedias and non-fiction books, cover to cover full text for 60 history magazines, 58,000 historical documents, 43,000 biographies of historical figures, more than 12,000 historical photos and maps, and more than 80 hours of historical video. We have both on-campus access and remote access; please ask the librarian for the username and password to access this off-site.

Science Online
Science Online provides diagrams, experiments, essays, definitions and biographies arranged by topic and contains hyperlinks that create paths through the content. Science Online is organized by the National Science Education Standards for grades 6-12.

Spanish Student Discovery Encyclopedia
The Spanish Student Discovery Encyclopedia is included in the World Book Online Reference Center. It includes more than 2,200 articles, over 500 full-color maps and flags, and links to over 1,150 Spanish language, World Book editor-selected Web sites.

World Book Online
World Book Online contains all articles from the print edition plus links to thousands of editor-approved Web sites, periodical articles related to subjects within World Book, pictures, maps, videos, animations, and sounds.
