Application Process

Thank You for Your Interest in Gann Academy!

We believe that high school is about you. These pivotal four years mark a time of transition, development, and discovery.

Please follow the steps below to start the inquiry and application process with Gann. We can’t wait to meet you and your family!

Steps to Apply

Step 1: Inquire

To begin the admissions process, please fill out our Inquiry Form.

Gann uses Blackbaud for our online inquiry and application system. Filling out an inquiry form allows us to create your online application! Families with more than one child interested in applying should create a separate profile for each child.

Please note that Gann does not accept SSAT scores.

Step 2: Schedule a Visit

The best way for you to experience Gann is to join us for a personalized family tour of our campus. You will see classrooms in action and visit community spaces such as our Beit Midrash (spiritual center), Learning Commons (including the Library), Black Box Theatre, and Gymnasium.

Directly following the tour, your family will participate in a student interview and a parent interview. These conversations create time for you to meet one-on-one with an admissions professional, which helps us get to know your family and gives you a chance to ask questions! The entire visit takes around 90 minutes.

Please note that the tour and interviews are a required step in our application process.

Step 3: Apply

Our online application, along with a checklist to help manage the progress of your application, is available in our Admissions Portal. You will receive your login credentials for the portal after you have scheduled your tour.

All application materials are due January 16, 2024.

Step 4: Admission Decision

All applicants who submit their application by Tuesday, January 16, 2024 deadline will receive an admissions decision on Sunday, March 10, 2024.

Newly admitted students and their parents will be invited to come back to Gann in late March for a day to meet current students and teachers and learn more about what life is like at Gann.

Admitted students have until Wednesday, April 10, 2024 to submit their online enrollment contract and deposit.
