Rachel Dixon is a member of the board of trustees at The Rashi School, where she serves on the governance committee. She is active on multiple committees at Rashi, including admissions and teacher appreciation. Rachel is also a member of the board of advisors at Beth Israel Lahey Health, focusing on patient experience and fundraising. Rachel volunteers at Horizons for Homeless Children, working with pre-kindergarten children in an academic setting.
Before becoming a stay-at-home mother, Rachel was a nationally-ranked sales representative for Pfizer, Inc. She covered several of the largest and most prestigious hospitals in New York City and Boston, playing a key role in the launch of cardiovascular, urology, and smoking cessation products. Prior to her time at Pfizer, Rachel was a change management consultant. Rachel received her B.A. in economics from Hamilton College. She lives in Newton with her family and their Boston terrier, Enzo.
