We believe that for students to thrive at Gann, we should attend to their health and happiness just as energetically as we attend to their academic growth. Gann's wellness program includes a health course requirement, physical education, dining services, parent resources and specialized staff who provide care as needed. Our health services support the educational process by addressing our students’ physical and emotional needs, and by promoting health and general well-being.
Feeling a bit under the weather? Gann Academy’s on-site registered nurse can help. Students may visit the nursing office in between classes during the school day for non-urgent issues and with teacher’s permission during class time for urgent issues. The nursing office is located on the first floor just off the main office area.
Everyone knows that the teen years can be turbulent. When a student has the need to talk with a knowledgeable adult who can provide support or advice, our school psychologist is available for a chat. We can also provide students and families with outside referrals.
Every Gann student has an advisor and an advisory group. Advisors help guide students in matters of academic and social adjustment to school life through regularly scheduled weekly meetings. Learn More
