Stanford University Recognizes Gann History Chair With Teacher Tribute Award

This fall, Stanford University recognized Yoni Kadden, Gann Academy's History Chair, for his exceptional teaching and contributions to his students.
Kadden was nominated by Gann alum and Stanford freshman Benjamin Simon for the Teacher Tribute Award. In the nomination, Benjamin wrote that Kadden’s “passion for history is surpassed only by the care and warmth with which he teaches and the scrupulous attention he gives to his students.”

This isn't the first time Kadden has been in the spotlight. Last year, Yoni and some of his colleagues partnered with Harvard Business School to pilot an innovative teaching style that merged the business school's case study approach with American history.
