More Than Just Sports
Individually, the Gann Athlete is a shining example of excellence on and off the field. Students display good sportsmanship, resilience, dedication, and care for their teammates during every training session, practice, match, or game.
Our coaching staff connects with each student to ensure they are feeling supported, challenged, and able to balance their athletic goals in combination with their academic aspirations.
ATHLETICS PROGRAMS
With 20 Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Thirds teams as well as 10 Wellness offerings, every student has the opportunity to be involved in the pursuit of excellence and sportsmanship. In our athletics programs, students pursue a range of athletic activities, all focused on character and teamwork developed using Jewish values including kehillah (community), kavod (respect), and chesed (care). With over 30 different options, students are free to be flexible in the pursuit of sports, movement, and competition.
The mission of the Gann Athletics Program is to instruct, inspire, and empower student-athletes. We encourage students who have never played to try out for a team, and for experienced athletes to try a new sport. Gann Athletics are conducted in a safe and respectful atmosphere. Through this value-based framework, students make healthy choices for themselves and others.

Recreational Classes
Gann Recreational Classes provide student-athletes with multiple sports options where they are encouraged to select a familiar activity or try something new. All our Recreational Classes and instructors celebrate physical fitness, movement, relaxation, and coordination development.
