Stephanie Hoffman

Stephanie Hoffman joined Gann Academy after six years at Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School in Rockville, MD, first as Jewish Studies Faculty and then as the Upper School Director of Jewish Life. She teaches Jewish Studies, plans Jewish Life programming, and supports the Partnership Minyan. Stephanie earned her undergraduate degrees from Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, a Masters in Jewish Education and a Certificate in Day School Education from Hebrew College, and a Certificate in Advanced Jewish Studies from the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem. She has also earned a Certificate in Instructional Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Stephanie previously taught Jewish Studies at the Frankel Jewish Academy in West Bloomfield, MI, developed Israel education curricula at The David Project, and taught outdoor education classes for REI.
