Zachary Albert joined Gann Academy in 2022 after years of teaching 7th and 8th grade English and History at the Rashi School. Prior to classroom teaching, he worked in the education departments of multiple Holocaust museums and organizations in Dallas, New York City, and Los Angeles. At Gann, he teaches Jewish History 10 and actively participates in the advisory program. Zachary earned his undergraduate degree in Religious Studies and History from Rhodes College and his M.A. in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies from Brandeis University.
