The Gann community extended an invitation to Jewish 8th, 9th, and 10th grade public school students to spend time at Gann during the school closures caused by the Newton Public School Teachers’ Strike. Over the course of three days, the students sat in on Gann classes, enjoyed lunch in the dining hall, and spent time in the library and gymnasium. The Newton students were welcomed by the Gann students, faculty, and staff, who provided them with the opportunity to be within our community as they await their return to school. It was a joy to see the Newton students in our community, greeting old friends and making new ones.

We support Gann for its dedication to inclusivity and exceptional educational standards. We appreciate how its diverse community, intertwined with Jewish values, promotes mutual respect, learning, and growth among all students.
