Lynda Bachman joined Gann Academy after completing her Masters in Theatre Education at Emerson College. She teaches theatre and is the director and advisor for Gann’s theatre program, the Red Curtain Drama Club. Lynda earned dual undergraduate degree in Theatre and Sociology from Brandeis University. Prior to Gann, Lynda worked as a professional stage director and teaching artist at a wide range of theatre companies including San Francisco Opera, Berkeley Rep, Berkeley Playhouse, Shotgun Players, Mugwumpin, and The Open Theatre Project. She was a longtime faculty member at Brandeis University’s precollege arts program, BIMA, and a Jewish Educator at Temple Beth Shalom in Needham.
