This week, our student-run club, Heifers for Israel, organized and hosted Congressman Jake Auchincloss on campus for a thought-provoking discussion and Q&A.
They delved into Jake’s relationship with Judaism, his insights on U.S. objectives in supporting Israeli governance, combating antisemitism on college campuses, and his hopes for the next generation of policymakers. Students then led the conversation, asking detailed questions ranging from Israeli policy and gun laws to freedom of speech.
Jake proudly shared his ties to the Gann community, noting that his first interns were Gann alumni, and how his experience working with Gann students led him to want to speak to the entire Gann community. We want to recognize our passionate student leaders, and thank Congressman Auchincloss and our dedicated Gann faculty and staff who made this opportunity possible!
